Rodent Control Inspection:

During your inspection, we will take into consideration your specific needs and the services you require. We will begin by discussing with you the problems you have been facing. We will provide a detailed explanation of the services we provide, so you can decide which ones you prefer. If you choose to have us only remove the rodents from your home, we will begin with the treatment right away. However, if you wish to perform exclusion work to seal the entry points that rodents have been using to access your house, we will take the inspection time to identify these entry points and perform the necessary measurements to perform the exclusion work.

 

Rodent Control Treatment:

We offer trapping and baiting services to help you get rid of rodents in your home. Our team will work with you to determine which treatment method you prefer. If you have a preference for one method over the other, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additionally, we provide inconspicuous traps that can be disguised as rocks or other common objects to ensure discreet and effective pest control.

Exclusion:

It is highly recommended to include our exclusion work as a part of your rodent control plan. While it may be your primary concern to get rid of rodents already present in your house, it won't be very effective if they can easily find their way inside again using the same entry points. By sealing off the access points we discover around the exterior of your house, we will help prevent any future rodent infestations.

Warranty:

If you have been subscribed to a Pext X pest control plan for at least three consecutive months, and are currently on a recurring plan with us, then we provide fully warrantied rodent control services. This means that if you experience any rodent-related issues during the course of the plan, we will take care of it for you. You can rest assured that your rodent problems will be resolved as long as your service remains active.
