Our Termite control process:
Termite Inspection:
The first step in controlling termites is a free inspection. Our goal is to not only identify areas with termite damage that require repair, but also to determine if termites caused the damage or if it was caused by another wood-damaging pest, or a combination of them both. We will meticulously inspect your home to search for any indications of termites or other pests.
Termite Treatment:
We provide two effective methods for termite treatment. Once we have completed our inspection, we will advise you on which treatment method would be most suitable for your home. Our primary objective is not only to eliminate the current termite activity in your house, but also to guard your home in the long run against future termite infestations.
The two treatment methods we use include the trench and treat method and bait systems. The trench and treat method involves digging a shallow trench around your home's perimeter and applying treatment products into the trench before filling it back in to create a continuous barrier of protection around your home.
Our baiting system, on the other hand, involves placing bait stations every 10-15 feet in the soil around your home. Termites are attracted to the bait instead of wood, and when they feed on it, they will take it back to the colony and eventually eliminate the entire termite colony.
