Inspection first
Commercial service begins with a review of the facility and its service needs. We confirm the scope and schedule in a written agreement.
Commercial protection / Jasper, AL
Programs built around your facility, your documentation requirements and your operating hours. Locally owned and family operated.

01 / program context
Commercial properties may have service and documentation needs that vary by facility. A written, year-round program can be tailored to warehouses, medical facilities, restaurants, and retail businesses.
A restaurant with rodent activity can review our rodent control service, while a facility manager comparing broader coverage can read about general pest control and termite control.
02 / scope of service
01
Commercial service begins with a review of the facility and its service needs. We confirm the scope and schedule in a written agreement.
02
You get a written scope listing the areas covered, the service frequency and the devices placed, before any work begins.
03
Recurring visits on a schedule agreed with you, with interior and exterior treatment as the program requires.
04
Where the program calls for them, monitoring devices are placed, numbered, and mapped for service records.
05
A written report after every visit covering what was found, what was treated and what we recommend.
06
If you see pest activity between visits, contact your coordinator. Follow-up service is handled under the written service agreement.
03 / facilities we serve
Commercial kitchens, dining rooms, storage and waste areas. We plan around your service hours so a technician is not in the dining room at the wrong time, and we keep the documentation your health inspector expects to see.
Hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, assisted living and medical offices. These are sensitive environments for both products and discretion, and facilities are routinely surveyed against pest control standards, so the paperwork matters as much as the treatment.
Distribution, storage, loading docks and production support areas. Exterior tamper resistant stations, mapped interior devices and a documented program built around audit requirements.
Sales floors, back stock, coolers and receiving areas. Stored product pests, rodents and flies are the recurring problems, and they need a program rather than a reaction.
Break rooms, storage and common areas. Low disruption scheduling, discretion and clean treatment areas.
Apartment communities, rentals and turnover units. One agreement can cover multiple properties with a single point of contact and per location reporting.
Classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums and playground perimeters, scheduled around the school calendar and student hours.
Sanctuary, fellowship hall, kitchen and storage scheduled around services and events.
Outdoor pest pressure can vary by facility and season. See our mosquito control service for properties with outdoor areas, and our bed bug control service when a lodging, office or residential property needs a separate response.
04 / records for your file
This is the part of commercial pest control that homeowners never think about and facility managers think about first. Available documentation depends on the written service agreement. It may include:
We support facilities working to health department standards and to third party food safety audit requirements such as SQF, BRCGS and AIB. Pest X is not certified to those schemes, the facility is. Our role is to provide records under the written service scope. We do not promise that a facility passes an audit. We supply the support and the documentation, and the outcome is not ours to give.
05 / vendor information
Pest X is licensed by the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries to provide professional pest control services. License information is available on request. We can also provide a certificate of insurance naming your organisation as additional insured and safety data sheets for products used at your property. Tell us what your vendor onboarding requires and we will supply it.
For location specific service, see Jasper pest control or Birmingham pest control. Facilities with residential units can also review residential pest control options.
06 / program factors
Commercial pest control is priced by program, not by visit. There is no flat rate, because a small office and a loading dock do not need the same work. Pricing is based on:
Pricing depends on the program factors above. A walkthrough can help define the scope before a quote is prepared. You can review the broader Pest X pricing approach before you contact us.
Locally owned and family operated. Serving businesses and institutions across Walker, Winston and Jefferson Counties.
Customer reviews
Pest X came out promptly after I signed with them and promptly treated inside and outside of my house. We aren't seeing many bugs now so I am confident their continued treatment will work. Thanks for your professionalism.
Susan Evans
I had a great experience. The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what I could expect afterward. He treated both the inside and outside of my home and were very thorough.

We can provide service records, licensing information, service reports, device maps, and corrective action documentation. Whether these meet a particular audit or survey requirement depends on that program; Pest X does not guarantee audit or inspection outcomes.
